Jill and her love finally get to say YES at one of the most impressive venues in the world - San Francisco City Hall! We waited in line for our appointment with one of the judges. Everyone was so friendly from the city hall office, and most important of all, all the little and big details were documented. It's not showy nor glamorous, but unmistakably full of love.
