Question: What happens after I click on Book Session?

A: That's awesome! I will be receiving an email from your request, review it, and get back to you as soon as I can. If booking request was made during weekend, it'll take a bit longer for me to get back to you since I'll be a little preoccupied in creating beautiful stories with my clients.

Question: Do I pay full payment when booking?

A: No, it is required to pay 50% of session fees and signed contract to order for our session to be activate. Remaining 50% session fee balance will be required/due on the day of the session.

Question: What happens if we were late for our session?

A: In most cases, 10 minutes would be my standard wait time. Reschedule can happen, but really depending on cases to cases.

Question: I don't know how to dress my family/significant other?

A: Don't worry about it. Once we decided to jump in and give it go on our session date/time, after signed contract received, there will be a few communication bouncing back and forth, which in clouds "how to prepare for your session."

Question: Do you give raw/original files to clients?

A: NO. RAW images will not be given out.

Question: Will you tell us the location in advanced?

A: Location information will be discussed after signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer is received.
